Parisian producer Brawther celebrates ten years of releases with his first ever solo studio album ‘Transient States’ on his own imprint Negentropy.
‘Transient States’ marks the first release on Brawther‘s brand new label Negentropy. The imprint has no strict musical policy, but one that’s based on quality over quantity that will manifest the latest adventures and experimentation of the French artist.
“The desire to make the album on my own label gave me the time to work towards a body of music where I could experiment with complete and utter freedom. We go through life transitioning from various states to others continually; what happens in the realm of the studio is no different and this album captures a glimpse of last year’s effort.” – Brawther.
The eight-track LP proves to be the Brawther’s most diverse piece of work to date – effortlessly spanning multiple genres and moods, from deep, rolling and dubby house tracks to St. Germain-esque hip-hop instrumentals. Our pick for the premiere is the floaty, summertime groover ‘Brudan In Leeds’. Check it below!
