Ken Oath 004 comes from Australian 5-piece The Possé. This club-ready EP has a strong house and disco influence throughout and was perfectly pieced together using mainly analogue gear.
The title track ‘Season’s Greetings’ is arguably the heaviest track in the Ken Oath catalogue and our pick for this week’s premiere. It’s infectious guitar strokes and unpredictable 303 and 808 rhythms keep you on your toes and give the track a wonderful live feel. Mastered by the man behind ‘Donuts’ and ‘Madvillainy’ Dave Cooley, we couldn’t expect less!
